These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and ck455 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck455 website available at ck455.app and all associated services, games, betting products, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on ck455, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ck455 platform. ck455 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each player may hold only one account on ck455. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. To register, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• ck455 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or utility bill.
• Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the required period may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
• ck455 accounts are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or transfer of account access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must notify ck455 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ck455 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use prior to notification.

ck455 reserves the right to decline any application for registration or to close an existing account without being required to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate balance at the time of closure is returned to the account holder after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

ck455 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once per account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as fraudulent.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. ck455 uses a standard rollover range of 10x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided automatically.
• ck455 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to an account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering cycle.
• ck455 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or use of software tools to gain an unfair advantage in connection with a bonus offer.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ck455. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and bonus funds forfeited, and ck455 reserves the right to pursue further legal action where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to exploit a bonus, game mechanic, or sports market pricing inefficiency in a coordinated manner (bonus abuse, matched betting rings).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals, using the platform as a conduit for money of unlawful origin.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts under different identities or mobile numbers to circumvent account limits, self-exclusion, or bonus restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards ck455 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content available on the ck455 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia elements — is the exclusive property of ck455 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ck455.

The ck455 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are proprietary identifiers of ck455. Unauthorised use of these identifiers — including but not limited to use in domain names, social media handles, advertising copy, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

ck455 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are non-exhaustive grounds on which ck455 may take such action.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within the required timeframe specified by ck455 support.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring ck455 to freeze or close the account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account. Upon receiving such a request, ck455 will process any outstanding withdrawal of legitimate funds within a reasonable timeframe after verifying identity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ck455 platform shall first be submitted to ck455 customer support for informal resolution. ck455 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ck455 customer support, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
